We are looking for someone passionate about skin, committed to education and ready to grow within a results-driven environment where the standard is never settled.
— Delivering advanced skin and beauty treatments with precision and care
— Conducting thorough consultations and building personalised treatment plans
— Educating clients on homecare, skin health and their ongoing skin journey
— Contributing to a warm, professional and results-focused team culture
Certificate III or IV required. Skin-first mindset essential.

Front of House Position
At Iris, the client experience begins before a single treatment starts — and our Front of House Coordinator is the person who sets that tone.
We are looking for someone warm, organised and genuinely people-focused who understands that the way a client is welcomed, guided and cared for is just as important as the treatment itself.
— Managing bookings, client communications and day-to-day clinic flow
— Welcoming clients and ensuring every visit feels seamless and considered
— Supporting the team with treatment preparation and retail presentation
— Presenting homecare and treatment plans with confidence and care
